While reading the Globe and Mail I came across an article titled "Net holds dark links on slaying" that shows how easy it is to ignore online terms of services on websites with the the potentially chilling effects. The pair accused in the recent deaths of an Alberta family posted messages on notorious youth websites.
Clearware could be used by these sites to more clearly inform users about these terms of services and eventually help to enforce them.
Brandon Cessna from Cessna Fly-By Design and Alice Woo, a graduate from York University's fine art program, have each provided excellent style ideas to represent EULA terms and conditions in a user friendly way.
